Following the consultation I will send through a summary of the key areas discussed, alongside a nutrition framework in line with your goal, as well as a variety of recipes, on-the-go options and snacks to fit within your plan. These will all be tailored to your preferences.
360 COACHING SERVICE

Your initial consultation is included in the full service covering both nutrition and exercise:
Nutrition: 60-90 minute video call covering your goal history, current diet and lifestyle preferences. I will present the changes required to meet your goal, the timeframes and agree on the best strategies for you.
Exercise: your programme will be build based on your goal, preferences and equipment availability. Programmes are delivered in my training app and open to changes and tweaks at anytime based on your feedback. -
Following the consultation I will send through a summary of the key areas discussed, alongside a nutrition framework in line with your goal, as well as a variety of recipes, on-the-go options and snacks to fit within your plan. These will all be tailored to your preferences.

We schedule video call check-ins every 1-2 weeks depending on your preference. These are used to monitor progress and make any adjustments to the training/nutrition plans.

In addition to video check-ins you also have access to me across the week via instant messaging. This can be useful for viewing any training footage of exercise technique, or using photo food diaries to monitor nutrition.

All your workouts are housed in my training app with custom build workouts with weights, sets, and reps as well as video demos performed by myself and my team.
You can log and track your workouts in the app so we can both monitor progress over time.

My decade in the industry

In 2014 I joined SIX3NINE personal training studio in Covent Garden where I went on to deliver over ten thousands hours of coaching.
After completing a masters degree in nutrition I became Head of Nutrition at SIX3NINE and began coaching nutrition in studios around soho gaining a ton of experience working with hundreds of clients. -
This is where I began to truly appreciate the impact of social calories on weight management for those living and working in the city, and particularly how this disproportionality affects petite, sedentary women.In 2017 I began spreading the word on these issues and my strategies for combating them. This lead to delivering nutrition seminars and workshops across London and at fitness summits worldwide.
In 2020 I extended my coaching service online to accommodate clients facing similar barriers in cities all over the globe. I currently have clients based in Hong Kong, Barcelona, Dubai, San Francisco and Miami, amongst many others.
As of 2024 I remain in the West End with practices in Soho and Mayfair. Elsewhere my time is split between my online practice, my group coaching app ‘Reframe’ and heading up the nutrition arm of London Corporate Wellness.
My approach is never to bulldoze people into sacrificing their quality of life with extreme changes.
My experience has shown me that it’s very possible to enjoy all aspects of life.
This is best achieved when we can enjoy exercise, enjoy the benefits of a healthy diet, and still enjoy fine dining, time with family and a social life.
My job is finding the right approach to balance all this in the way that’s right for you.
