I work with petite women, mums and peri-menopausal women to find an approach to nutrition that actually works for their bodies, and their lifestyle.

I started working in the industry a little over a decade ago, I delivered thousands of hours of coaching and worked with absolutely every type of client.

But, it quickly became clear to me that these specific groups of women face the biggest physiological and lifestyle related barriers to weight loss and body recomposition, and no one was talking about it.

Since 2016 I’ve been trying change this by shouting loudly on social media and delivering a world class coaching service tailored to women.

  • Our 60-90 minute video call covers your goal history, current diet and lifestyle preferences. During our chat I’ll outline the changes required to meet your goal and the timeframes involved. We will then agree upon the best strategies to for you to make this sustainable!

    Exercise Programme (If applicable): Your training programme will be built based on your goal, preferences and equipment availability. Programmes are delivered in my training app and open to changes and tweaks at anytime based on your feedback.

  • Following our consultation I will provide a comprehensive plan outline the key areas of your goal and the tools required to stick to it.

    These tools are bespoke and different for everyone, but typically will include recipe options based on preference, suggestions from local eateries near home or work, snack lists with useful items and detail calorie and macronutrient targets if appropriate.

  • In addition to nutrition coaching, I’ve also been a personal trainer for ten years. Depending on the nature of your goal appropriate training may be a key consideration.

    All my programmes are designed specifically for you, your goals and any injury history. I cater for home gym set up or full gym access.

  • Nutrition only: £250 per month
    Training and Nutrition: £300 per month

    There is no minimum purchase, the service runs on a monthly rolling payment that you can cancel anytime.
