STAND ALONE
NUTRITION CONSULTATION
£250 single purchase

60-90 minute video call covering your goal history, current diet and lifestyle preferences. I will present the changes required to meet your goal, the timeframes and agree on the best strategies for you.

Following the consultation I will send through a summary of the key areas discussed, alongside a nutrition framework in line with your goal, as well as a variety of recipes, on-the-go options and snacks to fit within your plan. These will all be tailored to your preferences.
FULL COACHING SERVICE

Your initial consultation is included in the full service covering both nutrition and exercise:
Nutrition: 60-90 minute video call covering your goal history, current diet and lifestyle preferences. I will present the changes required to meet your goal, the timeframes and agree on the best strategies for you.
Exercise: your programme will be build based on your goal, preferences and equipment availability. Programmes are delivered in my training app and open to changes and tweaks at anytime based on your feedback. -

We schedule video call check-ins every 1-2 weeks depending on your preference. These are used to monitor progress and make any adjustments to the training/nutrition plans.

In addition to video check-ins you also have access to me across the week via instant messaging. This can be useful for viewing any training footage of exercise technique, or using photo food diaries to monitor nutrition.

All your workouts are housed in my training app with custom build workouts with weights, sets, and reps as well as video demos performed by myself and my team.
You can log and track your workouts in the app so we can both monitor progress over time. -
This is a monthly rolling service that can be cancelled or paused any time.

Three months is a typical timeframe for short term goals such as pre-wedding transformations.
This 25% saving makes it more affordable compared to three rolling months on the full service.
This discount is also extended for longer term clients who’d prefer to pay in three months instalments. -
The 3 month package is an upfront payment of £798 for three months of coaching (£266 per month).
The package can be cancelled or renewed every three months.

My Story
Here’s some highlights from my decade in the industry!

2014 - Started working at SIX3NINE, personal training studio in Covent Garden, London. Learnt a lot and delivered over 10,000 hours of coaching here!

2016 - Completed my Sport Nutritionist certifications (ISSN dip. CISSN), began delivering nutrition consultations and internal staff work shops.

2017 - Delivering external talks and conferences for personal trainers.

2018 - Began focusing more specifically on nutrition for women and their unique challenges, particularly petite women.

2019 - Speaking at fitness seminars worldwide teaching my own brand of nutrition coaching for personal trainers.

2018-2019 - Co-founded an online fitness community for women.

2020 - Completed my masters degree in Sports and Exercise Nutrition.

2021 - Launched my own nutrition coaching business and began working with clients all around the world.

2022 - Had some incredible results...

2023 - And many happy clients!

2023 - Created Reframe Fitness Coaching to offer group programming for women at a more accessible price point.

2024 - Began consultancy work with London Corporate Wellness.

2024 and beyond - Continuing to serve my clients through Dan Price Nutrition and Reframe Fitness Coaching.
