cristina’s journey
Cris reached out in her early forties as a mum looking for some guidance around weight loss.
We achieved this fantastic result in several stages focusing on periods of weight loss and periods of muscle gain to build the physique she had in mind.
Cris resides in Spain, so our transformation was carried out entirely online.
Karen’s story
Karen began working with me online in her mid fifties. While her physical transformation has been incredible, there’s also been huge progress in her strength and fitness.
When starting out Karen had never used a barbell before. Now, entirely through virtual coaching sessions in her home gym, she’s lifting some truly impressive weights and performing advanced bodyweight skills.
There’s also been a massive change in the relationship with nutrition and it’s role in supporting our goals.
Will’s Wedding Transformation
Will wanted to get in the best shape of his life for his wedding. We had a 6 month timeframe and got some truly awesome results!
We used a blend of online and one-to-one coaching and split our 6 months into periods of muscle gain and fat loss.
Diet was a crucial component of this one, but totally worth it for the wedding pool photos!
Jo’s training
Jo typifies what’s achievable even as a petite woman when juggling a very demanding job and busy social calendar.
Based in Hong Kong, the majority of Jo’s coaching is delivered remotely. Though we do manage to catch up a few times a year for a session when she’s in London!
Jo’s is an advanced lifter, as such our coaching process centres around periodising nutrition and training in phases across the year to maximise further positive body recomposition.
Jacob’s 12 week transformation
“The last three months have been genuinely life changing” - Jacob
I met Jacob while he was working with TOPMAN magazine, we underwent a ‘12 week’ transformation of fat loss and muscle gain.
Importantly Jacob had to maintain a reasonable level of restaurant visits and alcohol consumption due to work/client commitment.
Despite this we were still able to produce this fantastic transformation with over 13kg of weight lost alongside significant muscle and strength gain.
Jacob is a great example of how lifestyle barriers can be accommodated and worked around.
