Key Features

  • We assess lifestyle patterns such as restaurant visits, takeaways and alcohol consumption and strategise how they can be moderated and accommodated alongside your goal.

  • There are no rigid meal plans here. After discussing your food preferences I put together a wide variety of recipes and snack options that are interchangeable within your plan. You will always have options to stay on track.

  • For those who love cooking, I can provide some awesome recipes that will have all the kitchen utensils out. For those who prefer something super simple that can be chucked in the oven after work while still hitting their nutrition targets - you’re covered too!

  • No meal prep no problem. In the real world it’s likely you’re going to need to grab lunch on the go at some point. I can provide sensible go to options for places near you that make stay on track with your plan easy, even when you’re out about.

  • Some people love numbers. Others don’t. My plans teach you calorie awareness and give you a rough guideline for sensible calorie intakes at each meal. However, the leg work is done for you. All the recipe and snack options I recommend will fit perfectly into you plan, meaning as long as you’re sticking to the guidelines provided, you’ll be staying on track without having to get the calculator out!

CONSULTATION

The consultation allows me to gather all the information I need to make your plans truly bespoke. This includes:

  • Physical stats and starting body composition

  • Current training and exercise

  • Activity level outside of gym

  • Your work, family and social commitments

  • Nutritional history and current habits

  • Dietary preferences, likes and dislikes

  • Your biggest barriers with motivation/habit change

  • Your specific goal and timeframes

  • Individual strategies for monitoring progress

02 Follow Up Notes
& NUTRITION PLANS

Your follow up nutrition plans are designed entirely around you and your goal. They typically include:

  • A framework based on your preference for number of meals and snacks

  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner recipe options tailored to your goals and preferences

  • Recipe options are based on your preferences and can be super simple home cooking options of more detailed recipes.

  • Vegetarian, vegan, lactose free options all available.

  • On-the-go options for each meal for when you you’re out and about

  • Snack lists for easy, healthy options with links to where to find them

  • Guideline around managing restaurant food and alcohol intake around your goal

  • Specific strategies for your key barriers and how to tackle them

03 COaching service
on-going support

Clients enrolled in my full coaching service get continued support. This includes:

  • Contact throughout out the week through instant messaging/email.

  • Bi-weekly video check-ins to monitor progress and troubleshoot any issues.

  • Updates to your plan, recipes and resources as needed.

  • Goal reassessment alongside progress.

Jacob’s Transformation
