Nutrition Coaching Overview

  • 1. Nutrition Consultation

    1 hour video consultation.

    Establishing the goal, timeframes and your start point.

    Assessment of current nutrition and dietary preferences.

    Identification of your primary barriers.

    Development of the key strategies and interventions required.

    You will leave the consultation with a very clear idea of what is needed to achieve your goal.

  • 2. Follow-up notes & plans

    Your follow-up notes outline your main focus areas and our agreed interventions

    Your nutrition plan structure is tailored to hit the nutritional targets to bring about your goal as discussed.

    Your notes will include breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes tailored to your preference and in line with the targets in your nutrition plan.

    As required, your plan may contain ‘on-the-go’ options from local eateries and restaurants as well as comprehensive snack lists for use in your plan.

  • 3. On-Going Support

    Contact throughout out the week through instant messaging/email.

    Bi-weekly video check-ins to monitor progress and troubleshoot any issues.

    Updates to your plan, recipes and resources as needed.

    Goal reassessment alongside progress.

Jacob’s Transformation

I met Jacob while he was working with TOPMAN magazine, we underwent a ‘12 week’ transformation goal of fat loss and muscle gain. Importantly Jacob had to maintain a reasonable level of restaurant visits and alcohol consumption due to work/client commitment.
