  • With more advance body composition goals you’d be surprised how often I work with clients who are focusing on the wrong thing for the outcome they are after. A super common example is people trying to eat less when they should be eating more, or vice versa. This might seem obvious, but it one of the most common stumbling blocks with advanced trainees. Don’t fall at the first hurdle - get a second opinion from an expert.

  • Your calorie and macronutrient targets will be aligned with your goal and current training load and exercise type. My plans are designed to make hitting this targets as easily as possible without having to constantly ‘count calories’.

  • If you love cooking, I have awesome recipes for that. If you want super simple meal preps that hit your macros and provide plenty of nutrient quality. We have that covered too, all tailored to your preference and goal.

  • Your plans are tailored to your training requirements. Specifics will depend massively on the client, but various methods such as high/low days, rest day/game day and depletion/loading strategies are all on the table depending on the sport and goal.

  • Your plans will include any supplementation protocols specific to your goals.

  • I am always happy to work synergistically with your current personal trainer or sports coach to make sure you’re getting 360 support from your team of experts.

CONSULTATION

The consultation allows me to gather all the information I need to make your plans truly bespoke. This includes:

  • Physical stats and starting body composition

  • Current training and exercise

  • Activity level outside of gym

  • Your specific goal and timeframes

  • Nutritional history and current habits

  • Dietary preferences

  • Any necessary supplementation

02 Follow Up Notes
& NUTRITION PLANS

Your follow up nutrition plans are designed entirely around you, your goal and your preference. They typically include:

  • A structured breakdown of meal timing and snacks

  • Training and non-training day plans (if necessary)

  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner recipe and meal prep options tailored to your calorie and macronutrient targets.

  • Recipe options are based on your preferences.

  • Vegetarian, vegan, lactose free options all available.

  • Supplement lists of any relevant supplements.

03 COaching service
on-going support

Clients enrolled in my full coaching service get continued support. This includes:

  • Contact throughout out the week through instant messaging/email.

  • Bi-weekly video check-ins to monitor progress and troubleshoot any issues.

  • Updates to your plan, recipes and resources as needed.

  • Goal reassessment alongside progress.

  • Integration with your coach or personal trainer (optional)
